Introduction to Skincare

Many people assume skincare is all about the face. The facial skin is indeed important, but every other inch of your skin is just as important. Prioritize a holistic view of your skin! The most important thing you can do for your skin is stay hydrated, eat whole/clean foods *read Clean Eating 101 for more* & apply SPF every single day. Even if you think you will be inside all day, apply SPF!


What works for me, may not work for you. Experiment with your own routines and products, I'm just here to inspire you to care about your skin!


My Morning Skincare Routine:

01. cleanse face with warm water + Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cleanser

02. dry face

03. apply the Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream moisturizer

04. apply the Daily Cocokind SPF

05. ice roll the face and décolleté


My Nighttime Skincare Routine:

01. cleanse face with warm water + Tatcha Gentle Clarifying Exfoliator

02. dry face

04. apply the Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream moisturizer

06. gua sha (search on youtube for a gua sha tutorial)


The Rest of the Body Routine:

00. sometimes if I feel fancy - dry brush the body

01. exfoliate the body with the Nécessaire Body Exfoliator

02. wash the body with the Nécessaire Body Wash

03. moisturize the body with the Osea Malibu Ocean Body Lotion

04. apply body oil with the Osea Malibu Undaria Algae Body Oil
