A staple breakfast & snack for me.
GREEN GODDESS SMOOTHIE
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- handful of spinach
- a chunk of cucumber
- 1 tsp. spirulina powder *natural energy booster
- dash of cinnamon
- coconut water
- top with: coconut flakes & cacao nibs
BLUEBERRY PARFAIT
- 1 banana
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- large spoonful of nut butter
- oat milk
- top with: granola & cinnamon
STRAWBERRY DREAMS
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 tsp. ashwaghanda powder *reduces stress
- coconut milk
- top with: goji berries
CHOCOLATE LOVER
- 1 frozen banana
