vegan FRENCH TOAST

Truly perfection.
INGREDIENTS:
— sourdough bread
— coconut milk (canned)
— cinnamon, nutmeg, salt
— coconut oil
— honey (or syrup)
— banana
— coconut shreds
INSTRUCTIONS:
— whisk together coconut milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl
— cut sourdough bread into thick pieces
— dip sourdough into the coconut milk bowl & let sit for a few minutes to soak it up
— in a hot pan, drizzle some coconut oil
— place soaked bread into hot pan until golden brown on both sides
— top with banana, honey & coconut shreds
