SELF-CARE DAY EVERYDAY

Self-care should be taken way more seriously.
I challenge you to incorporate a small act of self-care every single day.
MY GO TO SELF CARE ACTIVITIES:
- cleaning & lighting candles
- going on pinterest for creative inspo
- drinking my favorite kind of hot tea (peppermint always)
- doing some mat pilates
- plan & organize (might not sound like self care, but it is I promise)
- going on a hot girl walk*
- watching a comfort show (Gossip Girl always)
- buy yourself some flowers
- take a hot shower
- read a book (currently reading The Power of Now)
- eating a favorite meal (currently it's soup)
- go on a scenic drive
- voice memo therapy (rant to your voice memo app, that's all)
- call a friend or family member you miss
No matter what self-care you like to do, do it more often!
